We answer the incoming calls and pass on your message. We can also transfer calls to the numbers you have provided. As a result, you are always available to your customers.

We want our phone service to match your needs as closely as possible. Whether you are in a meeting or away for the weekend, you decide when you want to use our on-call service. It is also possible to answer the phone in the evening hours only. We ensure that you receive a prompt notification of your completed call.

All your contacts at one place.

When subscribing, we provide a private environment on our MyCare platform. This means that you can always view your usage and listen back to your conversations. You will never be faced with surprises.
Calls can be listened to and reviewed in the system. Consumption data and invoices can also be viewed here. The reporting tool provides a quicker insight into the subjects of the calls and the problems customers encounter. This input is valuable and provides room to optimise your own processes. Our customer service manager will be happy to help you with your setup.
