Dedicated hours can be used to process tickets, e-mails or chats. A good example of this are our mobility customers. These often have a busier period during rush hour. Within this period, they scale up for a few hours and then scale down again.
Other organisations save tickets during the day or in the weekend and have them processed later (outside their own working hours) by trained agents.
