Children's Stamps

During the annual stamp campaign, crowds of children go door-to-door selling stamps. Every year, we assist them in making the most out of this charitable cause.

During the annual stamp campaign, hordes of children go door to door selling stamps. We help them, year after year, to make the most out of this charity.

Kinderpostzegels is a non-profit organisation dedicated to helping every child reach their full potential. No matter where a child grows up, every child deserves a chance at a better future. The organisation was founded in 1924 and since then, Kinderpostzegels have appeared in a variety of shapes, sizes, and colours.

Everyone involved

Everyone knows the annual Kinderpostzegel campaign. Whether it's teachers supporting from schools, parents assisting their children with the campaign, kids going door to door, or people who themselves participated as children and now purchase products from those involved: Everyone joins in!
Ultimately, the proceeds of the Kinderpostzegel action are used for projects both domestically and internationally, always with an eye on the sustainability of these projects. Stichting Kinderpostzegels consistently seeks the best and most sustainable solutions for children.

"Efficient and high-quality deployment of staff is made possible through the effective collaboration between ContactCare and Hans Anders"

Thinking along and being flexible

The partnership between ContactCare and Kinderpostzegels began in 2014, initially providing support to the call centre.
During the Kinderpostzegel campaign, ContactCare handled 100% of the telephone inquiries.
There was daily coordination between Stichting Kinderpostzegels and ContactCare.
Over time, various components were added. Initially, the client experts at ContactCare handled questions via email. In 2017, Stichting Kinderpostzegels also began offering WhatsApp. Through this channel, inquiries about order status or making orders are received.

Besides questions about the ordering process, these channels also receive very cheerful messages where children express their enjoyment of the campaign, or report that they have already collected a lot of orders.

Throughout the many years of cooperation, ContactCare has supported Kinderpostzegels through numerous organisational changes. An example of this is the implementation of an entirely new order and reporting system. In this system, customer service representatives can enter reports and, when necessary, forward them directly to the dispatch centre.

Partnership

ContactCare is proud to work with Stichting Kinderpostzegels and contribute to the advancements made in customer contact. Being able to support this wonderful organisation aimed at providing every child a brighter future drives us to deliver optimal service every day!
