More and more organisations are choosing to outsource their customer contact to foreign countries. Outsourcing to Suriname seems the most logical choice for Dutch-speaking organisations, given the similar culture and Dutch language. However, for many organisations, it is still unclear how it all works and what the country has to offer.

The free event

On 7 November 2024, we will have a conversation with our CEO Jasper, Operations Manager Suriname Christopher Gits, and our presenter Lexter Woodley. During the conversation, we'll discuss the country and the opportunities it presents. We'll share how ContactCare made the move and quickly reaped the benefits. How proud we are of the motivation of our Surinamese colleagues. And how we, in line with our B Corp goals, not only benefit but also give back to society in Suriname. Additionally, we will hear stories from organisations that already have experience outsourcing to Suriname.

Expect a relaxed conversation rather than stiff, dull presentations, accompanied by some Surinamese snacks and drinks. A fun yet educational day!
