Traineeship Completed

Since October, Sophie has been completing a six-month Growth Hacking traineeship with us. She attended her traineeship at 'The Talent Institute'. This is an organisation that matches young talents with companies, focusing on personal compatibility. At ContactCare, we find it very important to give people the chance to develop. We are also always open to new talents and visions. This is one of the reasons why we participated.

Sophie studied at the art academy but wanted to gain knowledge and delve into the (online) marketing world. It is quite a leap from art academy to growth hacking. Nonetheless, in these six months, Sophie has learned so much that we are more than happy to include her in our organisation. According to her, however, she's far from done learning. She wants to pursue lifelong learning at ContactCare to further enhance her skillset.

Normally, I would have seen myself in a completely different field, but in this company, I have the opportunity to be creative and not just to focus on growth hacking. ContactCare gives me the chance and freedom to develop myself and discover where my interests lie. I'm very excited to become a permanent part of the marketing team! I'm staying! Yes! Happy!”
