Last quarter, Angharad, Brian and Patrick were proud winners. Over the past week, during our monthly social gathering, they had the opportunity to announce the new nominees.

In the first quarter of 2022, we introduced you to the ContactCare core value exchange cups, but we'd like to refresh your memory. Each quarter, the core value exchange cup is passed on to a colleague who has excelled in one of our core values: be authentic, develop yourself every day, and strive for connection. Each quarter, the winner passes the cup to another colleague whom they believe deserves it.

The nominees for this second quarter are:

Cindy – Develop yourself every day

Last time, Angharad received the 'Develop yourself every day' core value cup and nominated Cindy from the Small Dedicated team.

“Cindy helped me tremendously when I overwhelmed her with my questions about Flitsmeister. I am very grateful to her for this. But the reason I truly believe she deserves it is because she created an extensive knowledge base for Flitsmeister, which she put a lot of effort into and did exceptionally well, in my opinion. I see this as part of your development, showing you're willing to go the extra mile and demonstrate your capabilities.”

Isaiah – Strive for connection

Last time, Patrick received the 'Strive for connection' core value cup and nominated Isaiah from the RMC team.

“Isaiah takes the time to think with you when there's a problem. He likes to help people and is a great conversational partner, especially late at night. RMC operates until 1 AM, and it's always quieter later in the evening. Additionally, he is truly a connecting factor in the RMC team.”

Annet – Be authentic

Last time, Brian received the 'Be authentic' core value cup and nominated Annet.

“In everything she does, she expresses her heart. You notice it everywhere! Whether she is in the canteen or on the line, she dedicates herself fully to what she does, and she is an immense asset to the ZCN team.”
