Our hard work focusing on our culture and personal development is paying off! Last week, we received the recognition of “Great Place to Work” and were named as having one of the most “Inspiring learning journeys.”
The ContactCare Academy is the foundation of our organization, with the ambition that employees remain engaged with us for an average of 2-3 years. They achieve this when they are inspired by the field of customer contact.
Being able to develop yourself and seize opportunities with both hands is not something to be taken for granted. You can't miss it at our office. It's on the walls, in our onboarding training, and in every conversation you'll encounter;

To ensure that personal development is not a boring learning process, we have a ‘blended’ teaching method. This means we teach both online (using short e-learning modules), as well as in-class and practical lessons. Additionally, we do this entirely didactically in the most varied and interactive way possible. This ensures there is something for everyone, and that information is better retained.
The aNewSpring tool enables us to track the progress of our students, coach where necessary, and include interactive elements in our course material.
Every year, aNewSpring organises the ‘aNewSpring Awards’, where they look at participants from home and abroad in search of the most inspiring learning paths.
aNewSpring nominated us as finalists from over 30 entries. Along with Beeckestijn Business School and the Mathematical Institute, we were nominated as finalists. During a wonderful ceremony, we came in 3rd place and took the bronze medal! We can't wait to see what the ContactCare Academy has in store for us in the coming years.
For our entry, we focused on our internal learning path ‘road to customer expert’. As part of the submission, we were asked to produce a video showing the impact of our learning path.
