You can spot good leaders instantly... but how do you actually become a good leader?

This enthusiastic group of team leaders has recently started the ContactCare Leadership Programme. Here, they undergo a certified training programme to enhance their leadership skills.

“It means an immense amount to me to be able to participate in this Leadership programme. I started as an agent 2 years ago and then, through the role of supervisor, got the opportunity to progress to team leader. This programme provides me with many more tools and ideas to become an even better team leader. For example, the theories and tools we can apply when giving feedback and during absence discussions are extremely valuable. And because we do this together with the other team leaders and can exchange experiences, we learn so much faster!”
