Since April 2017, Mark Hekkelman has been working as Managing Director at ContactCare. He took over the responsibility from Jasper Meerding, the founder and owner of ContactCare, who has now returned to take charge of the daily management of ContactCare. Mark will continue to focus on expanding his own software company, Salesdock.

Preparing for Another 10 Years of Customer Contact

In December 2019, ContactCare celebrates its 10th anniversary. Throughout this time, we have evolved alongside a rapidly changing market. To prepare ourselves for another 10 years of customer contact, we are engaging in process optimization and further digitalization. This allows us to save time and continue doing what we do best; helping people as quickly as possible by providing useful answers to their questions.

In the past two years, Jasper has focused on the tech startup GAIKU. GAIKU's mission is to solve the problem of meetings worldwide. GAIKU continues its mission, and soon the book will be released: ‘Back to Work! Make Meetings Efficient & Engaging’ written by Jasper.
