Last month, all our staff came together in one open space. This enhances communication and increases engagement. Sitting together offers a simple way to unite strengths. What we found challenging after the internal move were those incredibly bare spaces…. Research has shown that employee creativity and productivity rise by 45 percent and 38 percent with the presence of plants in the office. Plants also improve the air quality at work. We knew we had to do something about this! So, we did!

Bas is our Service Delivery & Client Manager for Telephone Service. He ensures client communication and smooth project handling. And yes, he’s also our green ambassador and made sure that the plants have a lovely spot in our open office. More oxygen, more room for creativity, more innovation!

ContactCare is located at Amersfoort central station. By using public transport, you reduce emissions and improve air quality. In the Netherlands, 20% of CO2 emissions come from traffic and transport. You step off the train and are practically just a few hundred meters from the office. Even with the bus, you arrive at the central station. You can even securely park your bike. No traffic jams and much less pollution. Good for the environment.
