This is our vision. No dull grey call centres, but green inspiring customer contact gardens where every day starts fresh and new.

A new home

A new clubhouse. At the beginning of the corona crisis, we faced a difficult choice. The contract of our current building was ending. What will we do? Should we stay here? Should we look for something new? Should we renovate? After much deliberation, we chose to stay and renovate. We are creating a place that exudes warmth and wraps around you like a warm blanket.

A circular world

Building a better world together. We want people to be happy, nature to be delighted, and our living environment to progress. That’s why we’ve partnered with Jaap Logge. He is a circular interior designer with a firm belief in a circular world. His goal is to create a beautiful interior where the materials used never become waste again. For example, our floor is now made of recycled jeans. And the great thing is, if we ever want to leave this building, the carpet can be returned to the supplier and recycled into new flooring. But where did your old carpet go? It went back to the manufacturer, who extracts raw materials from it for new types of carpet. This makes us happy! We also use refurbished items, and the columns are made from wood from a demolished building.

Home at the office

A place to connect. Home is where you feel welcome and can be yourself. We believe it’s important that our employees feel the same way at the office: be yourself and feel at home. That's why we decided to bring a bit of home to the office, partly because we have been working from home more during the pandemic. And although many see this as positive, we also miss the warmth that colleagues bring. We focus on warmth, cosiness, and flexibility. An example of this is our work café: the heart of the organisation. Colleagues come together here, customers are warmly welcomed, and you can enjoy inspirational evenings, drinks, and training sessions.

Vitality is key

A healthy way of working. We ensure that our colleagues stay healthy and active during work hours. Sitting is, after all, the new smoking. There are electrically adjustable sit-stand desks ready for them so they can switch it up. Long periods of sitting are unhealthy. Standing occasionally can prevent illnesses and back pain and improve our staff's overall wellbeing.  We’ve already heard positive feedback from our colleagues that the variation is very pleasant.

Peace in the work environment

Acoustics play an important role in a company where a lot of calling takes place. Some walls feature visuals with stunning images that reflect the core values (be genuine, develop yourself every day, and strive for connection) of the company. They also have an acoustic dampening effect. This is beneficial for peace in the workplace. There is a training room with a mobile wall that can open and close and it is soundproof. Lots of plants have been placed on the floor, which will grow significantly. This has an acoustic function, but is also good for health. Since it can be hectic in an open-plan office, a call booth is placed in each room where a colleague can have the peace and privacy needed.
