Sometimes a new step doesn't just feel like growth, it feels like coming home. This is one of those moments. We are incredibly proud to have opened our very own office in Paramaribo. By doing so, we are investing in a happy, safe and inspiring workspace for our colleagues. After all, that is exactly where great customer service begins.
A sustainable choice for the long term
What started as an offshore location in a rented building in autumn 2023 is now growing into its next phase. With the purchase and renovation of our own premises on Nassylaan, right in the heart of Paramaribo, we are making a conscious choice for the long term.
For us, Suriname is not a temporary solution, but a place where we want to build sustainably, fostering quality, employment and personal growth.
A place where joy at work comes first
We truly believe that you can hear a smile. In a conversation. In the way someone helps out. In the energy you feel on the other end of the line.
That is why we have put so much care into our workspace. Think spacious workfloors, training rooms and areas to relax. A healthy indoor climate and a lovely connection between inside and out. This is not an anonymous office, but a welcoming environment where you can truly be yourself.
As our CEO Jasper Meerding beautifully put it during the opening: being a good employer also means setting high standards for the workspace. If you want people to feel their best and deliver great work, their environment has to support them.
An opening to celebrate together
We celebrated this opening together. Joined by many colleagues, partners and guests, we enjoyed inspiring words from several speakers reflecting on this wonderful milestone.
Our country manager Christopher Gits highlighted that this step is about much more than just opening a new location. It is about building the future of customer service and investing in people, trust and stability.
The official moment followed as Jasper Meerding and Christopher Gits cut the ribbon together. We then invited our guests inside to explore the building and experience the warm atmosphere, energy and pride on the workfloor for themselves. A truly special moment shared with many.

For years, we have seen an incredible amount of talent and dedication in Suriname. With this new office, we are reinforcing that foundation. We are creating jobs, offering opportunities for growth, and building stable, reliable teams.
