We are incredibly proud to have officially opened our brand-new office in Eindhoven! This opening is not just a major milestone in our growth, it also marks the perfect completion of an intense seven-week period following our acquisition of WEngage Netherlands. In record time, we have completely transformed a former office space into a place that feels like home—where our unique vision of customer contact truly comes to life.

From empty space to a warm working environment

In just over three weeks, we transformed the space into a warm, welcoming work environment centered around people. The office is fully decorated with our vision of customer contact, filled with plants, plenty of natural light, and warm, inviting colours. Everything is designed to create a space where colleagues feel great, can concentrate fully, and can truly be themselves. Because we firmly believe that outstanding, lasting customer service starts with happy people who feel supported.

The Work Café: The heart of our office

The Work Café is the energetic heart of our Eindhoven office—a place where connection, collaboration, and focus come together. Stylish hanging lamps create a warm vibe, while high-quality dual noise-cancelling headphones allow our team to work in complete peace, even with their favourite music playing, without ever compromising on quality or focus.

Growing in team and partners

With the opening of our Eindhoven office, we are thrilled to welcome 80 motivated new colleagues and 23 fantastic clients to the ContactCare family. We are incredibly proud of this expansion and embrace this responsibility with passion and dedication. From our new Eindhoven base, we will continue to build human-centric, sustainable customer service solutions together.
