At ContactCare, we strive to improve every day. We expect this from our employees, and our employees can expect the same from us. That's why we have recently started offering a retirement plan to all our staff.

Job satisfaction includes looking ahead to the future
Job satisfaction also means not having to worry about the future. We have chosen to give all our employees the option to build a nest egg for their retirement. In doing so, we selected BrightPensioen.
In the customer contact industry, which has many younger employees, providing a pension plan is not yet commonplace. We aim to be a leader in this. Happy employees lead to better results and more enjoyable colleagues.
In conversation with our founder
Jasper Meerding: "Our employees are central to delivering excellent service. Alongside job satisfaction, we focus on lifelong learning. People can advance within our company, and we seek out everyone’s untapped potential. This 'lifelong learning' approach also involves listening to the needs of our staff. The pension plan is something that the often young workforce in customer contact doesn’t frequently encounter. It's not a given in our sector, which is unfortunate since the customer contact profession hasn’t been viewed in the best light for some time. It’s time to change that and take the lead. That’s why we’re proud to engage in this partnership with BrightPensioen and to continue to support our employees just as we do our clients."
Building a flexible pension
Traditionally, pension building was the employer's responsibility. A collective pension scheme is established for all employees through a pension fund or insurer, with little flexibility. For some companies, this is still mandatory. However, (young) companies like ContactCare, which aren’t compelled to join a pension fund but still want to offer something for their employees regarding pensions, increasingly opt for the BrightPensioen solution.
Employees in control
With BrightPensioen, an employee individually builds additional pension—annuity—in the third pillar. The difference with second-pillar pensions mainly lies in the flexibility and responsibility. The employee has control over their pension account and manages it online. The employer may provide a salary supplement, but it's not obligatory. BrightPensioen monthly collects the contributions and invests them at cost price. The employee receives the tax advantage back from the tax authorities.
BrightPensioen within ContactCare
The policy within ContactCare is that the employer pays the registration fee and annual costs. Additionally, the employee receives an extra gross salary of 1.5% to 5%, depending on the duration of employment. The employee sees this separately on their payslip and can decide whether they want to save it, spend it, or contribute it to BrightPensioen. Several information evenings have been organized within the company where everyone gets the chance to ask questions and decide for themselves what they want to do with this extra.
