ContactCare participated in GPTW this year. No less than 92% of employees answered YES to the question of whether ContactCare is a Great Place To Work. ContactCare can officially call itself a Great Place To Work.
At ContactCare, happiness at work is our top priority! We believe it’s important that everyone can be themselves, enjoy coming to work, and have the space to grow both personally and professionally. ‘Helping people forward’ is why we exist. It’s something we do with love every day for each other and for our clients.
Nice words, but does this truly resonate within our organisation? Are people truly happy, does everyone feel heard and seen, and does everyone have a sense of safety? To explore this, we asked Great Place to Work® to assess what we are doing well or what can be improved.
Great Place to Work® examines overall employee satisfaction within organisations. The results show whether the criteria for good employment have been met. The title Great Place to Work can only be used if the required score of 70% is achieved on the culture audit.
This month, our entire organisation participated in the survey. By answering 60 questions, it measured how employees feel about themes such as trust, employment conditions, management, growth opportunities, and communication.
We scored 83% on the culture audit and no less than 92% of employees answered YES to the question of whether ContactCare is a Great Place To Work! A fantastic score and a confirmation of what we already believed. We are a wonderful place to work.

To achieve this result, we haven't been idle. We've always paid a lot of attention to the overall culture and connection within ContactCare, something that was challenging during the COVID-19 crisis. Yet, we frequently put our heads together and listened carefully to one another to identify opportunities.
And with results; we have a fully refurbished building, a family-like culture, and a real focus on everyone’s development in our organisation. With all the input from GPTW, we can make our organisation even better.
